2026 City of Tacoma Community Survey

Dear Tacoma Resident,
We need your help shaping City of Tacoma programs and services. To do this, we are conducting a statistically significant survey of Tacoma residents. This survey will gather information and feedback about the quality of City programs and services to help inform decisions regarding the City budget, policy priorities, and more. Your responses will be confidential and reported in group form only.

We selected ETC Institute as our partner because of its outstanding record of performance in working with communities nationwide. ETC Institute will compile the results and present a public report to the City in the months ahead. Survey results will be compared with responses to similar surveys in previous years. The report will be a valuable resource as we work to provide you with the most responsive City government possible.
